Entry Instructions


• Special note: this ticket type has different entry options, including mobile ticket entry, fingerprint and facial recognition access. If you or your guests wish to opt out of these entry methods and require a paper ticket, each ticket holder will be required to present an original, government-issued photo ID at the ticketing counter, on each visit to the Park. Once a ticket has been used for entry, you cannot change your chosen entry method for that ticket.
• This dated ticket grants one adult or junior general admission entry to visit any two of the following Yas Island theme parks (you choose which two): Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi, and SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (each a “Park”).
• This ticket is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the Park. Your visit is subject to specific product T&Cs, general T&Cs, and the conditions outlined below:
• You may change the date of your ticket, provided you notify us before 7:00 PM on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED 50 per person will apply. Changes after this deadline will not be permitted.
• You must redeem this ticket at the first Park of your choice on the date of validity shown on this ticket.
• If you do not redeem the ticket on the date of validity, the ticket is void, and you will not be granted access to the Parks.
• You can only redeem your second visit within six calendar days from the date of validity and only if you have redeemed the ticket in accordance with these terms.
• The ticket grants you a maximum of two entries to the Park(s) (you choose which two). If you visit the same Park twice, it counts as two visits.
• You cannot share this ticket; both entries must be redeemed by the same person.
• Cancellation policy: Once you purchase your ticket, you cannot cancel it. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• This ticket is void if altered or damaged.
• Age restrictions may apply. In the absence of specific rules, our standard rules are as follows:
• Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a valid admission ticket.
• Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket or reserved space and can enter the Park for free.
• A government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
• You may not bring food or drinks into the Park.
• You must comply with ride rules and follow all instructions in the Park.
• You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and cultural values during your visit to the Park.
• Height and safety restrictions apply; some guests may not be able to experience all rides.
• People of Determination: Health and safety restrictions may impact your ability to use certain or all rides. Please check ride restrictions on our website before purchasing your ticket.
• Only third parties specifically authorized by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently or from an unauthorized third party are void.
• Certain rides, attractions, shows, or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.
• To enable fingerprint access or facial recognition services in connection with your ticket, which involves the processing of your biometric data, you must complete all enrolment requirements including but not limited to confirming that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and providing the appropriate consent (parental/legal guardian consent is required for guests under 18 or persons of determination who cannot provide consent). • If you choose to opt out of your selected entry method after your ticket has been used for entry, your ticket will be invalidated without a refund or compensation. A new ticket will need to be purchased to access the Park.
• Admission and use of the Park and its services are at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage sustained in the Park.
• We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.

Your visit is subject to specific product T&Cs, general T&Cs, and those set out below:

• You may change the date of your ticket shown above, provided you notify us before 7:00pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED 50 will apply per person. Changes after this deadline will not be permitted;
• You must redeem this ticket at the first Park of your choice on the date of validity shown on this ticket;
