Activities include marine science investigations, laboratory experiments, scientific observation, conservation projects, expert interactions, creative expression activities, and collaborative learning experiences. Education team members assigned to your program will remain with the group throughout the session.

Yes. Sessions include opportunities for explorers to engage with professionals working in marine science, conservation, animal care, and related fields.

Parents or registered guardians will drop off the explorers, but the Club is reserved for 7–12-year-olds with a ticket. Nannies and parents are not allowed to attend or participate in club activities.A valid UAE ID or passport for the parent or guardian dropping off/picking up the child will need to be provided.

No, your child will need to be 7 years of age to be able to join any Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club Session.A valid UAE ID or passport will need to be presented to verify the child's age.

7–12-year-old siblings or friends can join the club by registering and buying the package or individual sessions.

We do not offer Club-specific transportation.

Blue Crew Ocean Explorers who complete the attendance requirements will receive recognition at graduation.

Blue Crew Explorers should be dropped off and signed in at the reception of the Yas SeaWorld Research and Rescue Center by 2:30 PM. Pick-up and sign-out take place at the same location promptly at 6:00 PM. Blue Crew Explorers should be always dropped off and picked up by an approved parent or guardian (with submitted ID).

This ticket gives your child (and only your child) (Child) entry to the Yas SeaWorld® Research & Rescue Center (the Center) and SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (the Park) for the sole purpose of attending the dates of the Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club as detailed on the ticket. This ticket is the property of Miral Experiences LLC (MX), the operator of the Park and the Center. Entry and use of the Park for the Child to attend the Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club pursuant to this ticket is subject to the general Park terms of entry, the general terms and conditions for Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club, and those terms set out below:

• This ticket is only valid for entry by the Child into the Center and the Park for the relevant Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club during the specified dates. It is not valid for general entry into the Park on any other dates and at the end of the day’s Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club session the Child must be collected from the Center promptly by an authorized person;
• The Child must remain with their group and under the supervision of their assigned counsellors at all times during the Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club. The Child is not permitted to leave the group to undertake any non-scheduled activity at any time;

• The Child may not bring any outside food into the Center and the Park (except for food or beverages required for medical purposes/dietary restrictions as approved in writing by MX);
• The Child must comply with all ride, attraction and experience rules, policies, health and safety directives and generally follow MX’s instructions in the Center and the Park and during the Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club at all times;
• MX has behavioral rules/expectations which will be outlined to the Child during the Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club and which must be adhered to by the Child at the Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club, failing which MX reserves the right to exclude the Child from the Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club (on the day of the offense and/or on any following days) without any liability, compensation or refund;
• The Child must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values while at the Center and the Park;
• The Child will be issued a Club vest for high-visibility and identification. The Child must wear their own appropriate length clothing (i.e., pants, athletic shorts) and closed-toed athletic footwear at all times during the Club;
• The Child should avoid bringing personal electronics to Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club sessions and will be encouraged to limit screen time for the duration of the sessions;
• Height and safety restrictions apply; the Child may not be able to experience all rides, attractions or experiences at the Blue Crew Ocean Explorer’s Club;
• This ticket is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not for resale. This ticket is void if re-sold, transferred, altered or damaged and MX reserves all legal rights should this occur;
• Animal welfare is one of our key responsibilities; accordingly it is strictly prohibited for any Child to:
  • Enter or attempt to enter any animal habitat, water body or medical/research area without consent of an authorised Park and Center representative;
  • Handle, feed or attempt to feed any animals or specimens without consent of an authorised Park and Center representative;
  • Throw, place or otherwise introduce any object into an animal habitat without consent of an authorised Park and Center representative;
  • Distract or attempt to distract Park and Center colleagues working in any animal habitat, water body or medical/research areas;
  • Harass or distress (or attempt to harass or distress) any animals (e.g. tapping on habitat glass); and/or
  • Intentionally mistreat (or attempt to intentionally mistreat) any animals.
• If the Child fails to comply with the Club rules (either specified during the Club or on any documentation pertaining to the Club), MX reserves the right to exclude the Child from the Club (on the day of the offense and/or on any following days) without any liability, compensation or refund;
• Admission and use of the Park is at yours and the Child’s sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park;
• We may deny admission or remove the Child from the Park for any reason without any right of a refund.

Processing your data for Blue Ocean Explorers Club

• As part of the Blue Crew Ocean Explorers Club, we collect the minor’s name, date of birth, age, food allergy information, and Person of Determination (POD) status. We also collect the parent or legal guardian's name, email address, contact number, and a masked Emirates ID number and expiry date for identification and programme administration purposes. Participation in the programme is available to children aged 7 to 12 and registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• We will use this information to register the minor for the programme; communicate with parents or legal guardians regarding participation and programme administration; and to verify the identity of the authorized parent or guardian collecting the child at the conclusion of each programme session.
• In particular, we will use the allergen information you provide to co-ordinate food and dietary requirements for the minor during snack breaks. In addition, we collect the POD status of the minor for maintaining appropriate health and safety arrangements during activities.
• If the above mandatory information is not provided, we may be unable to register the child or safely administer participation in the programme.
• The information collected will be handled securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the initiative, in line with applicable internal policies and regulatory requirements.
