Ride Restrictions

The following Ride restrictions apply and must be enforced. These are communicated to guests by signage and PA announcements:

• The minimum height restriction is 1.2 meters. Guests below the height of 1.2 meters are not permitted to go on the Ride.
• Guests above 1.95 meters are not permitted to ride.
• Clothing must always be worn for hygiene reasons.
• Guests must be able to brace themselves against the ride forces and hold on tight with both arms.
• Guests must be able to walk long distances at height and down steps.
• Visually impaired guests are unable to ride.
• No eating or drinking on the Ride.
• No smoking in the queue line or Ride.
• Not suitable for expectant mothers.
• Guests who have known heart conditions or suffer from high blood pressure are not permitted to ride.
• Guests with broken limbs, and back/neck problems are not permitted to ride.
• Guest always remains seated.
• Loose articles are not permitted, including cameras, keys, cell phones, wallets.
• Not permitted for those intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.
• Arms and legs must always remain inside the ride vehicle.
• Strollers are not permitted in the queue line and must be left at the ride entrance.
• People of determination must be accompanied by a helper and must enter the Ride through the Quick Pass queue.
• Guests wearing Ghutras/Sheila are permitted on the ride; however, the ride operator must ensure that the Ghutra is properly secured and tightened. Please refer to the picture below.
